This 3 prong hairclaw is carved from purple heart hardwood. It is about 6" long and is decorated with a purple horse charm.
You can also use this as a shawl closure.
All hairclaws have slight curves to ensure comfort and that it will not slide out at those inopportune moments. 
 
I recommend rubbing mineral oil (or an oil of your choice) on this claw once every 6 months or if it ever looks dry.
