This 3 prong hairclaw was carved from a resin infused birch laminate and is water resistant. It is about 4.5" long and works great for most hair types. This hair fork is shorter than the regular length so I would recommend this for shorter/fine/smaller buns and for long/thick hair for half up styles. Just remember if your looking for a claw to put all your hair up in a bun; make certain to pick one that is as long or longer than your bun. You can also use this as a shawl closure and a comb!
 
All of my hairforks have slight curves to ensure that it will not slide out at those inopportune moments. ........ like when your cleaning your toilet!
 
This is the exact hair fork you will receive! I treat all of my wooden hair forks with mineral oil.....i would recommend rubbing mineral oil (or an oil of your choice) on this claw once every 6 months or whenever it looks dry.
